In January 2025, we are excited to announce that the DOING 45 TPD waste tire pyrolysis machine project in Myanmar has been successfully completed. Here is the project site video:

Client Background: From Limestone Production to Waste Tire Recycling

The Myanmar client has long run a limestone factory, where heating fuel accounts for a large part of operational expenses. Noticing that Myanmar has rich waste tire resources, the client decided to start a waste tire to oil project: by converting waste tires into tire pyrolysis oil (a high-quality heating fuel with a calorific value of 42–45 MJ/kg), the client could use the oil directly for the limestone factory’s heating systems. This “self-produced and self-used” model would help reduce reliance on external fuel suppliers and lower monthly fuel costs.

To achieve this goal, the client began looking for reliable waste tire pyrolysis machine, and eventually chose DOING for its professional technology and practical project experience.

Cooperation Journey: From Inquiry to Project Completion

January 2023: The Myanmar client sent an inquiry to DOING, detailing their needs for waste tire pyrolysis machine—including a total daily processing capacity of 45 TPD, and a requirement that the produced tire oil must meet the limestone factory’s heating standards.

June 2024: After multiple rounds of communication (covering machine parameters, production process, and cost analysis), the client confirmed the cooperation and signed the contract with DOING. The final order included three 15 TPD batch-type waste tire pyrolysis machines, plus supporting machine: heavy oil burners, automatic feeders, carbon black elevators, and cooling water tanks.

September 2024: DOING completed the production of all machines and shipped it to Myanmar.

January 2025: With on-site guidance from DOING engineers, the machine installation was fully completed. The engineers also provided installation videos to the client for future reference, ensuring the client’s team could master basic maintenance and operation skills.

Heavy oil burners, meanwhile, can use the produced tire oil as fuel, forming a “closed-loop” energy system.
