On April 26, 1996, the heads of state of China, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan held their first meeting in Shanghai. Kyrgyzstan has become a member of the Shanghai Cooperation, and this policy has deepened the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. Under this friendly background, on June of 2018, a customer from Hunan Changsha who is doing business in Kyrgyzstan came to visit us for the pyrolysis tyre plant.
