Mexican Clients Sign for 15 TPD Batch Tire Pyrolysis Plant and 1 Ton Waste Oil Refining Plant
In September, 2025, our DOING company, a pyrolysis plant manufacturer, secured a contract with a Mexican-based tire recycling firm. The deal involves supplying a 15 TPD batch pyrolysis plant and a 1 ton waste oil refining plant.

The client was planning a waste tire recycling line and needed equipment that could operate reliably, and meet local environmental standards. After evaluating several options, the client turned to us due to our established track record in delivering equipment that handles tire feedstock effectively.
The contract signing process only took 3 months, starting with an initial inquiry from the Mexican customer through our website. Subsequently, the customer visited our production site to inspect our pyrolysis equipment and confirm its manufacturing quality. Final negotiations covered payment terms, warranty, and after-sales support, culminating in the contract being signed in September.
What set us apart in the client's decision-making process? Initially, we prioritized batch pyrolysis plant, which are ideal for the initial stages of tire pyrolysis operations. The 15 TPD batch tire pyrolysis plant converts waste tires into useful by-products such as tire oil and carbon black. This unit, combined with a 1ton waste oil refining plant, can refine tire oil into diesel, further expanding the profitability of customers' tire recycling operations. Clients appreciate our focus on practical features, such as a rugged construction that resists tire contaminants such as rubber polymers and fibers, and an energy-efficient heating system that reduces operating costs.

We have supplied pyrolysis plant to over 100 locations worldwide including Mexico, US, India, Indonesia, ect. And have proven their consistent yields—typically 35-45% tire oil. We also offer customized engineering to meet our customers' specific needs, including modular assembly for easier transportation to Mexico. This addressed their concerns about logistics and installation. The Mexican customer team further established their trust through on-site visits and detailed simulations of the pyrolysis machine's operation.

Tyre pyrolysis oil is increasingly used as industrial fuel in the market, but unrefined tyre pyrolysis oil contains a lot of impurities and is not effective, so it is better to be distilled to improve the quality of the oil.
Waste oil refining plant is specially designed for waste oil and pyrolysis oil to diesel. This whole refining process includes distillation, cooling, decoloring and deodoring system.
DOING company is strong and has other different processing capacity equipment to choose from, 500kg, 1T, 3T, 5T, 10T. , 12T, 15T, 30T, 50T, 100T, and so on. Compared with these large capacity equipment, small plastic to fuel machine also has its unique ad
